4. Employers — Terms of Use

You agree to treat any candidate CVs and personal data shared by SkillPeopleHire as confidential and to use them solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specific role(s) requested.
Submitting a hiring request does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of delivery. All recruitment services are subject to a separate service agreement between your company and SkillPeopleHire.
5. Intellectual Property
